Strength and Conditioning
Training at Dorchester AGOGE is built around the development of well-rounded Martial Athletes.
All training is delivered through the AGOGE Development System, integrating Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning within a structured and progressive approach.
The body should be treated rigorously, that it may not be disobedient to the mind.
