Dorchester Agoge
Muay Thai – Jiu Jitsu – Strength & Conditioning
Dorchester AGOGE is a structured martial arts school integrating Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning.
Training is coach-led, with a focus on long-term development.
Martial arts systems often treat disciplines as complete in isolation. Others dismiss strength and conditioning entirely.
We do neither.
Cross-training develops martial athletes who can strike, clinch, and grapple.
Strength & Conditioning underpins all training, supporting performance under fatigue.
Pay-per-session training is not offered, as improvement requires commitment.
Drop-in training is not permitted, as it detracts from the efforts of those who have already committed.
Prior experience is not required.
You should not have a favourite weapon. To become over-familiar with one weapon is as much a fault as not knowing it sufficiently well
